Was ist ein BarCamp?

Ein BarCamp ist eine sogenannte "Unkonferenz", also eine offene Tagung mit offenen Workshops, deren Inhalte und Ablauf von den Teilnehmern selbst zu Beginn der Tagung selbst entwickelt und im weiteren Verlauf gestaltet wird. Das bietet die optimalen Rahmenbedingungen, um anwendungsbezogene L&D-Fragen aus dem Business-Alltag zu stellen. Dabei haben sich ein paar ungeschriebene Regeln gebildet:

• Man kommuniziert immer auf gleicher Augenhöhe
• Unterschiedliche Perspektiven sind erwünscht
• Der Umgangston ist erkennbar wertschätzend

The Corporate Learning Community is turning the Expofestival L&Dpro into a learning event again and is organizing a BarCamp for visitors in a separate area.

Session planning will take place on 28 May from 09:45 - 10:00 and from 12:50 - 13:05 in the hall at stand no. D.16. Everyone is then invited to the individual sessions with exciting topics on the 1st floor of the foyer.

Review 2019
The BarCamp at the last L&Dpro showed that if it is possible to bring trade visitors into an exchange with each other, learning from colleagues is pre-programmed. "The L&Dpro Barcamp gives visitors the opportunity to learn from each other," explained Karlheinz Pape from the Corporate Learning Community. Other trade visitors who were interested in the same issue were able to take part in the respective session spontaneously. In this way, a total of 18 sessions with 128 participants were held at the last L&Dpro to discuss application-related issues.

The expertise of the visitors is being used at L&Dpro, where it is possible to bring trade visitors into contact with each other. Thus learning from colleagues is inevitable.
