Skills and training for tomorrow's public administration.
Public administration is changing. And administration is providing stability. The digital transformation affects offices, authorities and institutions - at all levels and in all areas of society. As a result of new legal requirements and a changed digital self-image on the part of citizens, special expectations and pressures are being felt with regard to citizen-oriented services. We are talking about citizen portals, electronic files, automated application processes, digital consulting and much more. What is often missing is a focus on the people in the administrative institutions. What does digitization mean for employees, which collaborative forms promote cooperation, and which digital formats make business processes more efficient? What skills do employees need for professional, digitally supported interaction with citizens? How can these be developed? And what can we do to "bring people along" in the change process, to develop their competencies and, ideally, perhaps to inspire them?
These are the questions addressed by this year's DIVKOM Forum at the L&D Pro Expo Festival in Munich. Leading representatives from various administrative organizations will share their experiences and tips in digital change projects. We rely on different formats: inspiring presentations, insights "behind the scenes" of successful projects and discussions among experts, also in hybrid formats. The DIVKOM Forum is aimed in particular at representatives of public administration who deal with topics such as further education, personnel and organizational development, and change management in their institutions.
The DIVKOM
Our working group DIVKOM was founded as a loose expert group following a public discussion panel of the project "Qualifica Digitalis" from Bremen. Our topics are competencies and qualification for digital administration against the background of current change processes. Participants are experts who want to exchange expertise and experience on the group topic and further develop the common cause. Currently, various public institutions are represented in our group: Municipal associations, scientific institutes, federal authorities, the Federal Employment Agency and others. In the meantime, smaller online specialist events have become a regular part of DIVKOM, to which we are happy to invite interested parties (only for participants from public administration and scientific institutions).
